    I usually don't track my exercise in any sort of way other than logging in to MFP. It is great to see it all there!

    10/1- 45 minutes (elliptical)
    10/2- 60 minutes (body pump class)
    10/3- 20 minutes (elliptical) & 25 minute run (9min. mile)
    10/4- rest day
    10/5- 30 minute run (9min. mile)
    10/6- 30 minutes (elliptical), 30 minutes run (~9min. mile)
    10/7- 60 minutes (body pump class)
