    Haven't been around for a few days, but have been working as hard as I can around the ridiculous amount of overtime I've been doing! Hope everyone's doing well and staying on track to hit the big 24 by October 31 :smiley:

    Here's my latest..
    1/10: 25 min running, 20 min pull-ups, pushups and russian twists (45 min)
    2/10: 19 min walking, 30 min walking, 10 min pushups and russian twists (59 min)
    3/10: 26 min walking, 20 min walking, 24 min running, 10 min pull-ups (80 min)
    4/10: 45 min group training session, 10 min pushups and russian twists (55 min)
    5/10: 60 min group training session, 16 min running, 5 min pull-ups (81 min)
    6/10: 45 min PT session - strength and cardio (45 min)
    7/10: 16 min running, 15 min pushups, squats, military situps (31 min)
    8/10: 18 min walking, 21 min walking, 15 min pushups, squats, military situps (54 min)
    9/10: 18 min walking, 15 min pushups, squats, military situps, 7 min workout x2 (47 min)

    i'm new to this challenge but would like to give this a try... i'll start with today and work through the end of the month instead of backdating my walks and other exercise. it'll be easier that way. i'll be back to log my progress for today's exercise when i finish doing it...
