I noticed the guys down the road are just standing there watching. That's one way to improve your odds of winning a race.

We oder from a company called Tops to Bottoms. They carry several brands and have a store here so we can try them on first.

I think I have one coming in November. I had another one picked out. She was going to be great! However, she needed more money than we could afford to pay. She took out way too many student loans in school.

Put muzzle on them and administer a laxative. It works in veterinary medicine. Are they waiting for the colon to rupture? Are they into pain? That's crazy.

I ate too much. Cooked Mixed vegetables and brown rice over chicken and lettuce topped with a raspberry balsamic sauce. Not as many calories as I thought but it was a lot of food.

I did the same tonight. Then went for a "run" about 1.5 hours after dinner. The food was too heavy and my run turned into more of a walk.....

I was going to go for a ride, but I don't want to vomit it back up. :frowning: I'll wait for about two hours and then try.

Found out that my employer most likely is losing the contract with the job site I work at in december, so don't really know what's going to happen since I only started working in August...

Is someone else going to pick up the contract? Sometimes when a new company takes over the contract, they will pick up most of the old employees. Management may change, but most of the "On the ground" workers stay.

It's just dead tonight. I just saw a three day old puppy but that's the only thing in the last 4 hours. I've watched two Clint Eastwood movies and updated all my food diary. I'm about to take a quick nap.
