    Ran a 5k race today so only added 3.1 miles on what is normally my long run day. It's OK, this was a lower intensity week of rest as part of my half marathon training. On to long runs for the next 3 weeks!

    10/1 - 4.06 miles
    10/4 - 8 miles
    10/6 - 5.21 miles
    10/8 - 3 miles
    10/11 - 3.1 miles

    7.3 miles done this morning, supposed to be a 7 miler but ended up .3 miles too far away from home to walk . Slightly harder than I really wanted but a good session. Days rest before getting back to midweek short easy sessions.

    C) to do 5km in under 40min. DONE - 7Oct
    D) to run 16mins without a walk break (currently on 8mins)
    E) to do 6km under 50min.DONE - 7Oct

    Nearly there: Surprised how much I do actually run - Well I use that term loosely - my pace is still only 12-14 mm But I can do 5 miles in one trip now :wink:
