We all started out running 1, 2, then 3, then 4 and then on to longer runs - you'll get there! Build up to it slowly; it is an awesome feeling with each milestone you hit!!I love 3mile/ 5k runs now, 3 months ago they seemed such a long distance, they are now light little jaunts. it's addictive
14 Oct - 5 mile with hill intervals, this morning 3 miles easy, finally got a very low average heart rate 124 which is 70% of max for me.
