            Ran a 5k race today so only added 3.1 miles on what is normally my long run day. It's OK, this was a lower intensity week of rest as part of my half marathon training. On to long runs for the next 3 weeks!

 Nearly there: Surprised how much I do actually run - Well I use that term loosely - my pace is still only 12-14 mm But I can do 5 miles in one trip now 0 0
