Upped my calories to maintenance to give myself a bit of a break for a bit and will hop back on the wagon this coming week.
I'm really disliking the new forums, can't find stuff very well....oh well0 -
Had a drop this week but also been fighting a cold so might see a slight gain next few days once I'm not struggling to eat above 1200 calories (no appetite when sick and trying not to do too much soup cause of all the sodium). But here is what the scale said this morning:

Ugh, had such a rough week. I think a lot of that weight is food weight because I WAY overate the night before my weigh-in, but it doesn't matter because I'm being honest with myself and I know I'm slipping off the wagon. But I'm not giving up, that's for sure. Still in this!0 -
