Vladivostok gets really cold. I tend to prefer the more tropical climates, but if cool is your thing, then Vladivostok fits the bill. It's mostly glaciers and floating ice sheets. And cold Siberian people.0

The Black Hills are amazing and cheap as long as you don't go during the Sturgis Rally! haha
I went there once and now I'm determined to move there when I graduate college. I just feel so at peace and one with nature there. It's so amazing there.0 -

I have been lucky to see some pretty cool places like the Grand Canyon, Niagara Falls, Mt Rushmore and the Badlands but none compare to El Valle de Anton. It is an extinct volcano in the interior of Panama that has a small town in the middle of it. Every Sunday they have a market and people come from all over the country to sell their hand made goods.0

Zanzibar and Costa Rica, very cool in different ways0

In my weird ways, I enjoyed going to DC. Definitely need to go out more.0 -
Salt flats SW Bolivia And Ciudad Perdida, Colombia.
Also as a city, used to live in Buenos Aires and I absolutely love that place.
Serengeti in Tanzania was also amazing.

Oddly, I really love the Portland area.
Nothing odd about that. Portland (Oregon) is very cool! As is the Oregon coast. We're going back there in the very near future, in fact.
But the coolest place I've ever been? Toss-up between:- Halstatt, Austria
- Bernese Oberland, Switzerland
What can I say? I like mountains and lakes...

Disney! And Philly's pretty cool too, believe it or not. I live near Philly, it's about 15 minutes by train0

Disney Cruise to their own private island and to Nassau and Paradise Island Bahamas, Atlantis Resort. Other vacations have also been awesome, but that one was particularly nice.0
