    I keep forgetting to weigh in over the weekend, so I did it this morning. Tried out a Zumba class last night and sweat a lot! Encouraging to be losing steadily this month! This is definitely motivation to keep going back to the Y. Goal is to make it 3 times this week.

    I'm having a hard time losing weight this month. Maybe switching to .5/wk wouldn't be so bad. Then I wouldn't binge!!! I just wanna lose 9 more pounds overall. Switching my GW for OCtober from 141 to 143.

    I knew that 168 was a lie! Pshhhhh, analog scales are the worst. I also went away for the long weekend and drank way too many gin & tonics. Not surprised by this number at all. Going to be pushing really hard these next two weeks to hit my goal. That's for sure!
