Relationship Question - Should we break up?

Alright you fine people of MFP land, I'm asking you this question because I don't know who else to turn to!

I've been dating a fine upstanding lady for about 3-7 months(can't remember) and things are great but there is one issue....

Now first let me say, I eat meat! I love meat but I still feel bad about eating meat because I love animals! She on the other hand loves animals but only some... She likes to wear fur from cute cuddly animals like foxes, minx and seals. I don't approve of this but whatever...sexy time!

Now I'm seeing other parts of her, she doesn't understand when I slam on the brakes to avoid squirrels, she feels "they are overpopulated and just rats with good PR campaigns". I value the life of all animals but she got mad at me for causing her to spill coffee on her new leather pants...

Will it work out?

    She doesn't drive, I don't think women should be driving the man around. It's the mans responsibility to drive in public, that being said I think women should be allowed to drive but when we are in a car together, the man should be driving...It's emasculating...
