Week # 1 – October 20th -- Goal 180 minutes:
I am starting up again after a looong break. I lost 50lbs and then needed to take a break.. I wasn't losing anymore and was getting frustrated... So I took a month off... and that month turned into several months. Time to get next year's body, this year! ^_^
