    Guiltless Pumpkin Pie

    1 can of pumpkin
Cinnamon and nutmeg (or pumpkin pie spice) to taste
    2 T coffee creamer
    Optional: 2 graham crackers

Mix pumpkin, spices, and creamer to taste. Crumble crackers and mix in pumpkin.
Very low calorie and high in fiber.

Do you have nutritional information per serving and serving size (with and without the graham crackers) and what type of coffee creamer should be used?

I actually think this sounds pretty good, depending on the answers to the above question.

I think I might use vanilla yogurt instead of coffee creamer, or a wedge of laughing cow cheese and a little maple syrup.

You can use vanilla or vanilla coffee creamer if you want. Total is about 100 calories, but you get a lot and it really fills you up.

There's more to nutritional information than just calories lol.

If someone plopped a bowl full of what looked like baby food (which I assume is what this would look like) in front of you and said, "here is some pie" you wouldn't say "that's not pie"...?

    I might.

But if they asked if I wanted to try a dessert called "guiltless pumpkin pie" I would not be expecting regular pumpkin pie and I would not chastise them for the silly name, which they may or may not have made up. I'd just give it a try or pass, depending on my mood.
