Drinking 8 cups of water is turning out to be way harder than I thought. It's been suggested to drink through a straw though.

I keep a 16oz (2 cup) glass next to me filled with water when I'm studying. I manage to go through them super fast.
Try doing something where you're always with the water, be it a water bottle or whatever works given your situation.0 -
Wow, this thread has MOTIVATED me! I woke up at 5:20 a.m. and went for a run. I walked for 45 minutes at lunch. I drank all my water. And after dinner, I will have eaten all my fruits/veggies for the day. Wednesday's challenge: COMPLETE. thanks.0

Tuesday: Got the 8 cups of water, but spent a LOT of time running to the wc.... :-{)
It rained after my run, so DH didn't run and I got to go to yoga!=75 min of activity PLUS walking the dog (which I don't usually count, but I did today!)
And, in spite of grand temptation....Easter candy....in plain view I went to bed with calories left over!
Wed: water.... check
veg/fruit....check (I forgot how much I love my lunch salad)
swam for 25, NTC for 30, walked the dog again...another 30
under calories and I even got a treat today!

I wanted to log in on Monday, but it's been a busy week.
Please include my information:
SW: 174
Neck: 15 1/4"
Waist: 39 1/2" (Wow! I have not measured my waist in a long time and this is surprising!)
Hips: 41 3/4"
Thighs: 24 3/4"
It will be interesting to see just how much things change between now and July 4! 10 weeks and hopefully 10 pounds lighter. That would put me very close to my pre-, pre-, pre-, pre-pregnancy weight from 1993.

Thursday- 60 mins planting flowers outside and almost have all my water down I have had 6 so far and it's only 3:40 here so i should make 9 by tonight. Doing great on calories too.Hopefully getting in more exercise when my 7month old goes to sleep tonight.0
