Hi, I made a version of this last night. I had to make my own puree out of fresh pumpkin because we don't have pumpkin in a can here in Australia. I made a half recipe and added 30g of vanilla whey protein. I used a tablespoon of powdered stevia instead of liquid (would probably leave this out next time as the whey has sweetener) and to compensate for the added solids I added a bit more milk (20mls maybe). I also whipped it up a bit before baking. Mine only took about 20-25 mins at 180 degrees celcius

They turned out really well and rose up kind of like little souffles. They worked out to roughly 126 cals but with a huge 14.6 grams of protein.

If I bake this in a square 8x8 baking dish instead of ramekins, would it affect the baking time?
