    What about the chocolate milk that's left in your bowl after you eat cocoa puffs... Do you drink it, or dump it down the sink? lol I guess it counts for the milk in any bowl of cereal.. But I'm trying to sort of stay on topic... If only more people would join us!

    Your suppose to drink the milk off your cereal. They actually spray nutrients on the cereal and they can wash off into your milk, so you need to drink the milk to get the full nutrient value of the cereal.

    I may have to have some today if I have enough calories left at the end of the day.... Starting some of the Turkey Day cooking early..... I have to taste it right.... and then if I taste it , I have to count it :sad: :sad: :sad: :sad: :sad:

    I make my chocolate milk with skim milk and the Hershey's Light syrup.

    And it IS great to have after a good workout especially! I will come home, make that and drink it and feel refueled!!

    Sometimes I have it with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for lunch! (don't tell Max though!! :wink: )

    Newest fav o rite drink. I love iced tea. slice of lemon, 1 sweet and low and a straw. Just like that.
    I had found these lipton herbal teas that were berry flavored. I now cant find them and I am:cry:

    The other day I took some berries, put them in a baggie, squished them, strained them, and put the juice in my tea.

    YUMMY!! Fruit, herbal tea and thou!

    Today....I'm drinking coffee with lite chocolate syrup and a little carmel and a little skim milk in it (its 220 cals..but it is goooooooood) :bigsmile:


    When I lived in Toledo, OH.....my roommate and I would go to Maxwell's coffee house and I would get the Snickers.....it's basically the same thing but they use more fattening ingredients. :drinker:

    Good stuff though...:smooched:

    I've made ice cream before and used Kaluha instead of vanilla. It was almost as yummy as a white russian.

    I learned from work that the best way to make hot choclate from a powder:
    1: scoop out powder into mug
    2: mix a bit of milk with powder to make a paste
    3: poor hot water over paste
    3: enjoy
    4: make another one
