I like to mix kaluha in with my cake ball truffles I make. mmmmmm

Kids can't eat them when I make them like that, so usually it's fat free vanilla creamer. No comparison though!

I had a brownie with my chocolate milk at lunch yesterday. I didn't slosh, but then again, it was only one of those little cartons you get with school lunch.

I was shocked that the school didn't have skim milk cartons! They had 2% and 1% chocolate only. Of course, I ate a brownie, what was I doing worrying about no skim milk?:noway:

BTW.... I couldn't do it last night... I drank about 2 cups of water throughout the night. I know the doctor told me to cut back.... but I was dry dry dry....

Haven't had much today, only a small glass. But it's killing me man... killing me. I don't suppose substituting milk or coffee will be any better....

that is really weird. I have been dry, and I think it was Max who said he gets dryer from drinking water, but you should be feeling a change my now.
