    BTW.... I couldn't do it last night... I drank about 2 cups of water throughout the night. I know the doctor told me to cut back.... but I was dry dry dry....

    Haven't had much today, only a small glass. But it's killing me man... killing me. I don't suppose substituting milk or coffee will be any better....

    that is really weird. I have been dry, and I think it was Max who said he gets dryer from drinking water, but you should be feeling a change my now.

    might be lack of some nutrient...hmmm:huh:

    What about the chocolate milk that's left in your bowl after you eat cocoa puffs... Do you drink it, or dump it down the sink? lol I guess it counts for the milk in any bowl of cereal.. But I'm trying to sort of stay on topic... If only more people would join us!

    I add strawberries to the milk in the bowl. Let it set while I am putting on my makeup, then add my cereal. MMMMMMMMMMMMM strawberry milk! Yummy!
