Well it turns out that the weight gain was the scale being uncalibrated. I have my real weight back. I'm still fluctuating, but normally! Yay! I probably won't hit my goal weight because of the move, but at least I am where I thought I was.

Nah that just means your body is changing in other ways. If your clothes fit better it's still progress, you maybe holding onto excess water weight.0
