    Yet another awesome thing MFP offers....REAL before and after pics.....I mean mag pics etc. are fine for motivation but when you see/chat with folks on a message board and watch as they make their journeys....nothin like sharing in the joy of the incredible accomplishments!!:heart:

    I am sooooooo proud of all of you, you make a girl proud to be around ya! I hope i have as much luck...I have lost about 10lbs but I am still not shooting for an after picture... I keep falling off the wagon...luckily im big enough to bounce, hehehe (what? Im fat, I can make a fat joke :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: )
    I have noticed a difference in how I feel though, much better when im eating right. I did manage to quit suggary soda though so that alone is a lifelong habit gone for good.

    WOOP WOOP!!! WAY TO GO LADIES!!! PARTY ON!!!

    We're all looking goooooood!

    I'll have to try to get some new pics today--problem is my clothes I've got now are getting too big and everything "hangs" on me now! Makes me look 10 pounds heavier than I am. I'll look around later and see what I can find and get some pics.

    But, here's one from when I was 260--19 pounds shy of my heaviest weight of 279 and then when I was about 220. Now, I'm 203.6.

    im 5'3 im a shortie! i think im supposed to be 107 from what i hear...gah..so far away!:grumble:
