When will I learn? I need to stop saying "I don't care" when the temptations strike. Must have been what Eve experienced when the serpent :devil: enticed her to eat the forbidden apple! Hopefully I can go down to where I was on Sunday. THat is my new goal to be at or less than what I weighed on the 22nd. Will post on Sunday! I'm definitely going to weigh again for Sunday to try to break past 130 (I'll have to be a very good girl!)
This was a challenging month, starting the 30DS two weeks ago caused an immediate weight gain, so it was a bit of a mental set back seeing the numbers rise ... I'm still going to complete the Shred, but adjust my goal for next month, maybe just try to get to my original goal of 128.

First time in 15 weeks I have not lost weight. In fact, that is the first time I have gained weight : ( ...trying to buy a house...sell our house and being tired from all of that is not good on the body. But, the house sold and we bought another so we will be moving in a few weeks!!! But, until I get my routine back in order...I expect to just maintain my weight. If I lose a couple of pounds along the way, great, but until after May 16th, I don't expect much. Stress on the body is killer for weight loss. But, I know that and will just wait until the added stress is gone and will continue on. Good job everybody and I look forward to a more relaxing weight loss journey here in a few weeks!!!0 -

I will use this as my final weigh in. I made my goal of 229lbs so I am very happy. I think being sick a kidney infection had a lot to do with it, but I will take it!!! I lost 8.4lbs during the month of April0 -

sorry i never managed to get my weight put in on time my scales broke :S, dont know what was up with them, continuously came up with Error. This morning they seem to be working fine. and i am down to 11st 10
