I can't believe it's been a whole year! You have been amazing to keep it up with everything you've been through. This month's participation is amazing. I haven't been keeping up with my updates - we had multiple flu vaccine clinics at work and have been very busy with that. Anyway, I have to look at my calendar and figure out where I am with the challenge.
I firmly believe that all the exercise (and healthy eating) have been instrumental in helping me get through treatment; that's big motivation for me these days. Just started my second week of radiation -- am still getting used to being done with chemo. Good luck with the clinics, and thanks again!
