GM Diet

Am Starting GM diet Today!!! I hope this goes well. This is only to build a tempo. Am preparing for a cousin's wedding and needed a kickstart. So far, have had a huge bowl of fruit salad (no dressing , no bananas) 2 glasses water, and 1 green tea I have heard day 2 and 3 are tough, and am sure they would be. Any suggestions on how to prepare the veggies to help with cravings?

You're possibly not going to get much help with fad diets like this ...just a friendly warning
Most people think they're not effective long term, including me ...far better calories defecit and eat what you want within it
Good luck though0 -
Yes you're right...I am just doing this as a detox kinda thing. From next week I plan on a healthier lifestyle with aerobics Just need motivation to push through this week from people here who have tried this0

You don't need a detox or cleanse unless your organs arn't functioning properly. If you want a healthier lifestyle then look at what successful people here have been doing, or do some proper research. Not fad diets. My 2¢.0

Dont know what a GM diet is, but all diets are designed for the purpose of making money, not for losing weight.0

Cousin of mine did it. I advised her not to. She insisted that she wasn't doing it for weight loss
but more for the detoxing benefits though she admitted to me afterwards that she hoped it would kickstart her weight loss. She lasted 3 days on it before she got violently ill.

Thanks! I'm counting it as a successful day, then! Seriously, though, you should try my 10 Day Master Peep Cleanse(TM). There are a great many benefits.0 -
I'd give this method a go but I really like it when my intestines stay inside my body.
I stayed up half the night one time reading the Amazon reviews on this, OMG, comedy gold.
