I'm 5'7. My starting weight was 192 and I'm currently around 162. I want to lose another 5-10lbs and tone up. The lowest I would ever go is 150. for my body type after that I would look crazy lol0

I'm still working towards my success story, but I'm currently at 147, on my way to 130. I started somewhere around 220 (refused to get on the scale).0

I started off at 169, or probably mid-170s, had avoided the scale for ages. I'm successfully maintaining now between 123-127, for several months now. I'm in better shape now at 43 than when I was a teenager and loving it!0

I'm just 5'7", so I just say I am. I went from 163 to currently about 1150

Good for you!!
I started at 258 currently 170 goal 155!!0 -
I started at 256 lbs and am now 155 lbs. It took me 15 months to lose the majority of the weight and I had a 3 month maintain period.
I had PCOS and Insulin Resistance and started the diet. The diet is low carb, high protein and very manageable.

This is my 1 year comparison pics from June 2012 in the green shorts at about 245 and then June 2013 with the black shorts at about 165. I plan on doing another set this coming June to see how much more my body has changed. I'm not focused on the number on the scale going down anymore but the number on the weights I lift going up. I feel strong and bad *kitten*. 2014 is going to be awesome!
Best of luck to everyone! I accepting FR too.

I'm 5'7 1/2. I started my journey weighing 155 lbs. It took me 3 months to lose 15 lbs which was my original goal, however, once I got there I decided I wanted to lose another 5. It took me another almost 2 months to lose the next 5 lbs but I go there. Over the next year and a half I was just trying to maintain, but ended up losing another 8 lbs which brings me down to my current weight of 127. I have been maintaining for awhile, though I am trying to get back on track with eating healthier and working on getting stronger.0

Such awesome posts on here!! Congrats everyone!
From July-Sept I went from 224-194 with exercise and cutting out bad food.
Then, from Oct-Jan I went from 194-172 with MFP! Looking forward to 2014!

I'm 5'8" and started at about 230. I'm down to 168 now, but I really want to be closer to 140ish. I'm hoping I can make it there by the end of 2014.
This was me at about my highest weight (on the left)
And this is me at about 175 (sorry for crazy mirror face)
Your pixie haircut is AMAZING!0 -

I'm 5'7", and I recently reset my goal from 150 to 145 since it seems to be possible now. I'm going to try to maintain at 145, or at least that's my current plan! At 125 days logged, I feel like this is more of a lifestyle change than a d**t (I try not to use the d-word!) so I'm pleased with the slow progress.
Good luck to all!

I'm at work so I can't post pictures. I'm 5'7. Started 114 days ago roughly weighing 318 pounds. As of today I am 279. 1 more pound to go until 40! My goal is 200-220 lbs.0

(I'm on the left) With my mom in Vegas, spring 2008
At a Bears game in Atlanta, Fall 2008
Honeymoon, at the Cliffs of Moher, 2014
Honeymoon, Temple Bar area of Dublin, 2014
Wedding (obviously), 2014
My highest was 226 (eek!) when I was in college, around 2008. Now, I'm right around 163, but I'd like to get down to 150-155. I'd like to reach that by the time the holidays start, but it's been a rough road the last 2-3 months. I'm sticking to my calorie budget 5-6 days a week, but my workouts have dropped off since starting back at school (teaching). I'm hoping to find a balance here soon and be able to workout regularly again as well as staying on top of my diet.0 -
I'm 5'7 SW:198 CW:143, GW:140. The first picture was October 2012, Three months after having my first son. Which is when my weight loss journey started (about 195ish lbs) and the second was June 2014. Three months after I had my youngest son (150 lbs).

I've lost about 26 pounds, mostly through diet but I've started running...but I know it's all about the food... Kind of stalled there, but I'm happy with my body enough now, which is probably why I'm stalled... I'm about 5 pounds from my original goal weight of 145, but still would like to go at least another 15 - 20 which would be around 135...but I never thought that would be possible until I've seen all the success stories and actually lost the weight I have.
Then.... (about a year and a half after I had my little one..)
Now.
