It's good to see the numbers go down. Kicked up my (elliptical) cardio this week plus walking more steps. Got a fitbit and it syncs nicely with MFP. Feel like the workouts are more accurately tracked this way.0 -

Not a good week for me. I'm sick with a cold and just haven't been too good with my diet for the past couple of days. I'm finally able to breathe a little bit better now and yesterday I was a total mess. I know I consumed quite a bit of sodium due to the choices of soup which means instant water gain.
I'm hoping by early next week I can get back ontrack. But at the moment I don't feel like keeping track. I'll have my final weight number this afternoon after I have hopefully slept.0 -

As for me, I surpassed all my goals this month and now I'm more or less in a maintenance mode of finding my true weight with 13% BF in mind. Good luck everyone and I hope to see nice monthly successes going forward.
