I've got a couple in mind from this thread alone.
LOL …yes, there are a few candidates...0 -
Like many have stated...I don't believe it would hurt yah, I feel that you would greatly benefit for more energy/recovery for your lifting if you upped your carbs to 50% intake with a protein in the neighborhood of 30%.0

If you are over protein you will piss it out. No biggie.0

I feel sorry for your bank balance more than anything. Protein is expensive, and all the excess you're eating (probably anything beyond 112g, if that) is just going to be converted into the same kind of fuel that you could get from carbs. You might be able to use extra carbs around training to stimulate (even more) strength gains, which obviously would help you in your hypertrophy goals.0

I am not sure where that myth comes from but protein in the urine isn't a good thing. webmd.boots.com/a-to-z-guides/protein-in-urine-proteinuria
Protein eventually gets converted to fat like any other macro eaten in excess but I've seen this claim before but no one ever gives a source. I think they are confusing the process of deamination, which excretes only the amino group but retains the carbon and hydrogen to be converted to fat or carbohydrates.0 -
You are absolutely correct that 'peeing it out' refers to deamination rather than actual 'peeing protein'. Your kidneys are designed not to let any big valuable protein molecules escape!0
