Starbucks... or iced lattes/blended coffee drinks in general!
I'm a fiend for it!
Seriously though, I know some people are all worked up over this thread but I am glad I found it. I LOVE talking about dirty food, it doesn't make me want it or struggle because I can't have it, it's all in good fun!

Tortitudekitty wrote: »Hy husband's homemade flapjacks.......with pineapple, cherry and apricot chunks in it and sprinkled with toasted almonds.
I'm eating a piece right now (my excuse is that I've just done a really mega workout! ).
In a saucepan.
Melt 150g (5.5oz) of butter.
2 dsp of golden syrup.
4 dsp of runny honey.
When this all melted together add 150g (5.5oz) of porridge oats.
100g (3.5oz.) of dessicated coconut
150g (5.5oz) of dried fruits, the type you get in health stores such as figs, apricots etc. and glace cherries, the choice is yours!
Sprinkle optional flaked almonds on top.
Put mixture into a baking tin approx. 10"x8"x2" and place into the middle of an oven and cook for 28 minutes(!) at Gas mark 5.
Remove and leave to cool preferably overnight. Then score into portions. If you do this when the flapjacks are warm they will fall apart but be warned it's a pretty crumbly thing anyway. Try not to scoff all at once!
Enjoy!

Shakeology. I got 3 months worth (when I was trying to loose weight quickly from having been on profile, or light duty) and am still trying to finish up the last of it. Biggest waste of money ever. MFP got me straight.0

No worries. I figured you didn't mean markings, as the last oven I used that had a 5 marking, it meant for 500F. lol.

Mountain Dew Code Red.
Oh, my word. When it first came out around 10 years ago I was completely addicted to the stuff. I would drink up to 24 12oz. cans per day, and would get seriously terrible headaches if I tried to quit. After about two years, I had to wean myself off of it. I've had bouts here, and there with it since then, but nothing like before.
To me, that stuff is the nectar of the gods.0 -
Raw almonds. Not because they are fattenign but because they are so hard that something weird happens to my temples when I eat them.0

do they make you itch too?0

As far as Tim Hortons goes, I can resist pretty much all of the baked goods, but the breakfast sandwiches are a whole other story! Sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit. Wayyy too many calories to start the day with, but I used to eat one several times a week! I don't know why but I still crave them so. much. I have to eat a quest bar on my way to work every morning so that I don't give in by the time I get my coffee!0

I eat what I want, just work out extra longer0

Talenti Old World Egg Nog (might have to buy a lot of pints & store them in the basement haha).0
