Starbucks... or iced lattes/blended coffee drinks in general!
    I'm a fiend for it!
Seriously though, I know some people are all worked up over this thread but I am glad I found it. I LOVE talking about dirty food, it doesn't make me want it or struggle because I can't have it, it's all in good fun!

Hy husband's homemade flapjacks.......with pineapple, cherry and apricot chunks in it and sprinkled with toasted almonds.

I'm eating a piece right now (my excuse is that I've just done a really mega workout! ;) ).
wuuuuut.... is there a recipe of this demonology?
OK these are horribly moreish....I will not be held responsible for ruining people's diets!! A little voice tells me that the oats are healthy! o:) *innocent face*

    In a saucepan.
    Melt 150g (5.5oz) of butter.
    2 dsp of golden syrup.
    4 dsp of runny honey.

When this all melted together add 150g (5.5oz) of porridge oats.
    100g (3.5oz.) of dessicated coconut
150g (5.5oz) of dried fruits, the type you get in health stores such as figs, apricots etc. and glace cherries, the choice is yours!
Sprinkle optional flaked almonds on top.

Put mixture into a baking tin approx. 10"x8"x2" and place into the middle of an oven and cook for 28 minutes(!) at Gas mark 5.

Remove and leave to cool preferably overnight. Then score into portions. If you do this when the flapjacks are warm they will fall apart but be warned it's a pretty crumbly thing anyway. :) Try not to scoff all at once!

    Enjoy!

Shakeology. I got 3 months worth (when I was trying to loose weight quickly from having been on profile, or light duty) and am still trying to finish up the last of it. Biggest waste of money ever. MFP got me straight.

...grilled cheese sandwiches are even more awesome when you put cream cheese in them. How was it possible to make them better than they already are?!!

...where they hide the donuts at the store I thought did not have donuts.

Great, now I have to try the grilled cheese thing lol!

I wish I had never discovered that they make Cadbury eggs for every holiday now...oh man those things are good.
YES! I was just talking to hubs about this! On the bright side, now that you can pretty much get 'em anytime, they don't seem as special.

No worries. I figured you didn't mean markings, as the last oven I used that had a 5 marking, it meant for 500F. lol.

i'll give it a swing next time i have some downtime.
