    Another volleyball tournament on Saturday. Went farther in playoffs than last time, played longer. Today's a rest day. My muscles need to recover and my creaky, old-lady (erm 20 year old) joints need to rest.

    I'm starting to think I might do better at a calories burned challenge :\ as my time is usually tight and I end up doing whatever exercise I can do to burn calories fastest, versus what I enjoy but takes longer to get the same burn. So I will do 10 minutes of fast running instead of half an hour on the bike.

    Oh yeah, I forgot that America has a fair few more holidays this season than we do in the UK (or at least Thanksgiving, but that's pretty huge...so I hear :P). I was really confused as t why anyone would start eating the mince pies this early :dizzy_face:

    Anyway, good luck guys - if there's a December one I might try and join in on that.
