I'm starting to think I might do better at a calories burned challenge as my time is usually tight and I end up doing whatever exercise I can do to burn calories fastest, versus what I enjoy but takes longer to get the same burn. So I will do 10 minutes of fast running instead of half an hour on the bike.0
