Just as the title says, what is the heaviest weight you've reached in your whole life?

208.6 and I'm never going back. I lost a lot of weight but I went back to bad habits so I've returned to MFP to get myself back to where I was

I weighed 248 before I started my journey with MFP. I reached the first goal. so I reset for 18 more pounds, 9 pounds to go to reach my second goal weight. Slow process -- 4 years to get 60 pounds off. You have to be patient and keep working at it. Diet alone won't do it -- exercise and correct eating will help you reach your goal

Thanks! I'm not starting anywhere close to what I was then and I know what I need to do. It's just frustrating, I refuse to buy bigger clothes ;)

307 lb is the highest I know of but it may have gone slightly higher since I did not own a scale. However I weighed 303-307 for months in 2008 and my clothes were tighter then than at other times before & after so I'm pretty sure that is my heaviest. (Now at 170)

205ish at the tail end of my first pregnancy. Kid turned 8 in September I don't remember exactly LOL. Without a baby on board the 187 I arrived with is as high as I'm aware of.

At 6'1", I logged 310lbs on MFP a couple weeks back when I started without knowing my true weight... I didn't have batteries for my scale, and just logged around what I thought I weighed. The next day after work I got batteries, and hopped on the scale just before bed. I was 314.8, but I realize just before bed is the worst time to weigh oneself, so I weighed in at 310.5 after waking up the following morning.

Whichever number you want to take out of that is my highest. My log has started at 310, and is on quite a nice little downslope. I will only be recording it once per week, but I weigh myself daily, and know that I'll be yet another few pounds lighter than last. :)

I was 500 pounds a few years ago. Lost a little bit, but was 404 when I started MFP in January of this year. I finally got below 300 a couple weeks ago. Then I just spent this past week in the hospital and in ICU. All the saline & glucose IVs made me blow up 14 pounds, so now I'm a little over 300 again. Very depressing, but nothing I could control. Also, I had over 300 days of logging in & lost my streak, so back to work!! So, am I the winner of top weight? What did I win, lol. :'(

    What a remarkable change!
  • 220 lbs. The day I gave birth to my son 14 yrs ago I weighed 197 and I thought THAT was so crazy!
  • I'm ashamed to admit I'm not sure because I wouldn't even allow a scale in the house or go to the doctor to find out. The day my husband left me changed me forever. The weight just started coming off. When I finally made up my mind what to do, I went to the doctor and I weighed 236. That was two months after the breakup, so I might have weighed as much as 250 or 260. Two years later, I weigh 148. I go to the gym religiously and use MFP daily. I will never go back to that horrible place where I was. Never!!!

Mine was 247. I weighed in this morning at 207 and still have a ways to go. I look back at when I was 150 and thought I was fat and hideous and realize if I had had a healthy attitude about my body, food and exercise then I never would have gotten to this place. That being said....I am such a stronger feeling person and have so much more faith in myself than I ever have. Great job to all of you above. I know you have worked hard!
  • I am speculating 235 lbs. I am 5' 10" and …back in the day… when I was running a lot, I was 175 lbs. I am hoping to get under 200 by the end of winter and who knows, maybe in the 180's by end of next summer.
