Amazing! So glad you liked it!
Remember you can substitute the applesauce in the first page recipe for 30 grams of egg whites for some extra protein and mix it all with 4 TBSP of water!

I would love to try these but we don't have a microwave...Im gonna see if I can figure something out that will bake in the oven that doesn't have a zillion calories0

You can actually make it in the oven or a toaster oven! bake it at 375º F until a toothpick inserted in the center comes clean!
