I love going to the gym for free weights, lost 10kgs so far so I'm serious about this life style change.

I'm back on here after a year of maintaining without it, and my weight started creeping up again recently. I'm very slowly changing my eating habits, and haven't started any sort of exercise routine, so only add me if you are okay with that, please
