Fortunately, Snickerses have more than one ingredient, so I'm sure it all digested fine.

There's no rational reason to believe the "mono" nonsense.

It works. Its not a case of believe or not. It's science (admittedly that hasn't been tested yet but, it is a biological response).

If you ate nothing but snickers long term you would not be a well person.

Now if he did a four week experiment, tracking weight, blood sugar, cholesterol, etc and posted the before and after results that would be very interesting to witness.
    OMG What a terrible idea!

Hey, the twinkie guy did it. You could become the snicker's guy!

    Excellent! :)
I think I probably would get bored after my third bar, but well done for going through with it and sharing your experience!

Question: Did you enjoy every bar the same or did you dread eating the last one?
I enjoyed them all the same. Since I was fairly hungry throughout the day, I looked forward to every hour, when I had another Snickers to eat.

if you ate ANY single food item for a long term- you would not be a well person.
    - I do not understand the point.

I live for variety, so this test would SUCK big time for me. I had a similar experience preparing for surgery. For two weeks pre-surgery I was on meal replacement drinks and one glass of skim milk a day. MAAAN that was horrible. I was "off" as you describe, and weak. I had to give up my daily walk. This diet, closely supervised by a dietitian, was to shrink my liver. It worked. My liver gave up it's spare glycogen stores. I also lost twenty pounds in those two weeks. I counted the days when I could eat "real food" again.

I day dreamed about that after reading this thread, but I don't think they'd be filling enough for me. Snickers seems more...hearty.

    Katniss or Jennifer Lawrence?

When I was in LA I went to shop by Universal Studios and pretty much everything they had was extreme supersize. The kitkat my fiance's brother held up was like, the size of a huge window. Should've taken a picture of the nutritional information, would've been interesting.

Haha - interesting experiment, although I am also slightly amazed that no-one has popped up yet saying something negative about it being dangerous/promoting unhealthy eating!!

I would LOVE to do this with mars bars... yummmmmmmmmmm! <3

    Both.

I hate Katniss- the original movie was so atrocious I refuse to watch any of the following ones.

Lawrence herself I don't think is a particularly good actress- but I like her as a person- I suspect we'd get along in real life famously- I did hate her guts in American Hustle... mostly because she nailed the character- which annoyed me even more- because the character was annoying LOL

    So both??

I was surprised, too. When I posted this, I was expecting way more negative feedback than positive.

    So... yay!

Ugh. Not sure I could do that. I get pretty crazed when I have too much sugar. For me it'd be more of a "Ugh. I have to eat another snickers bar?!"

Love it! I could be the "cheese pizza" guy myself and live off of nothing except cheese pizza for a very long time.

    Great experiment!

    Haha great day! :)

Snickers is actually my go to lunch if I have to eat at work. The canteen is so bad, it's literally the best option.

For newbies, who haven't had the opportunity to enjoy this foray into being able to fit anything, and I mean ANYTHING into your diet if you plan for it, lol!!

Disclaimer: This may not be fit for beginners. I am not responsible for any impending and uncontrollable snickers splurges that may begin.

I could increase the protein by adding protein powder to the mix and eat the whole pan! If you have not made homemade Snickers, you should.
