i know I'm not your team captain -- but -- what I've been asking my members to do is send me a private message (cuts down on searching all of the forum posts) AND post it here for the whole group to see. We want to encourage and support each other!!!

Just posted with my team captain for the first weeks weigh in
Last week 203.8 May 1
This week 201.4 May 6
So, so close to under 200.
Hopefully by next week I'll be under 200.

I know must of it is probably a water loss but, that's ok I will still take it.0 -
WOOT WOOT!!! to everyone for working so hard this week. My weight from last friday was 223.2. After a few beers Friday, not eating well over the weekend and Aunt Flo visiting -- Monday morning found me at 227.7 (blech!!!) So this morning -- my weight is (da da da daaaaa) 224.8. While I'm OFFICIALLY 1.6 lbs gained for the whole week, I'm giving myself tiny litte kudos for technically losing 2.9 lbs this week.
4/30/11 weigh in -- 223.2
5/6/11 weigh in --- 224.8
1.6 lb gain.
My goals for next week --
MORE WATER!!!
at least 30 min of exercise EVERY DAY!!!
