ive lost 25lbs since i started MFP in July so im averaging 5lbs a month. i thought i would lose more but it has been steady so i am happy with that. my goal at the beginning was to lose 30 lbs in 6 months, which is what i am on pace to do. after that, my next goal will be to lose around 14lbs, which will get my BMI to the "overweight" category and out of "obese".
having mini goals has definately helped my progress.0 -

From 143lbs to ~125lbs, 1lb / wk avg.
From ~125lbs to 120lbs, 0.5lb / wk avg.
Every time I lose under 120lbs, it's always 0.25lbs / wk avg.
I've done the initial loss down to 117, then a fairly short bulk to 123, cut again to 116 and now kind of vacillating between losing and recomping. Vacations and holidays make it more a recomp0 -
I'm dropping a pretty steady .2 lbs a day, or a 1.2 lbs a week.0
-
51.2 pounds in 41 weeks, which is just about 1 1/4 per week. Nothing in the past three weeks since because I changed my exercise up and am still holding some water weight. But it'll drop down again soon.0

150 pounds in 395 days so .38 pounds a day.
about 2.66 a week...0
