I'm In. I am using the Leslie Sansome 30 day fitness challenge. This entails 3 days of "Burn 30" and 3 days of Firm 30" Since the start of December I have done on of these two. The 30 is for the 30 minutes each segment is.0

Oh the weather outside is AMAZING!!! Yes I am in for a Challenge. Last month I reached 47mi of my 50mi goal. Did not include black Friday but I am sure I could add a few more. My goal for December is 60 miles with HR monitor to pump it up. To date I have 8mi towards goal.
