    You're close to your goal weight, you should be aiming for two pounds. Three pounds maybe doable. These things can't be rushed.

    Yay! My scale actually said slightly less, but sometimes that fluctuates a bit with water retention and such. I sometimes try to be conservative with my check ins for that reason. :)

    Pretty excited about my results. I have been exercising for quite awhile but just really started concentrating on diet. Just seeing a few pounds off is great motivation to keep on going!
