    My daily goal is 10k on my Jawbone UP, no matter what other form of moving I do.

    12/1 - 11k steps
    12/2 - 13.5k steps (dance lessons)
    12/3 - 10k

    12/1 13112 steps / 3.8 miles
    12/2 13144 steps / 4.1 miles
    12/3 13700 steps / 4.3 mles

    I'm In. I am using the Leslie Sansome 30 day fitness challenge. This entails 3 days of "Burn 30" and 3 days of Firm 30" Since the start of December I have done on of these two. The 30 is for the 30 minutes each segment is.

    Oh the weather outside is AMAZING!!! Yes I am in for a Challenge. Last month I reached 47mi of my 50mi goal. Did not include black Friday but I am sure I could add a few more. :) My goal for December is 60 miles with HR monitor to pump it up. To date I have 8mi towards goal.

    12.3 fitbit one 12,364 steps, 5.78 miles

    12/1- Treadmill 092 minutes, 4.25 miles, 14,204 steps total for the day.
    12/2- Treadmill 050 minutes, 2.25 miles, 08,901 steps total for the day.
    12/3- Treadmill 077 minutes, 3.75 miles, 06,128 steps total for the day.*
    12/4- Treadmill 060 minutes, 3.25 miles, 12,902 steps total for the day.

    *Pacer App malfunctioned. After 77 minutes walking, it said I had only taken 2 steps!

    No problem. I was just worried about stepping on your toes, so to speak. Frankly, I was so excited about completing Novembers challenge, I couldn't wait for December's to start.
