Hmmmm Lost 5 pounds since last week. I don't think that is accurate. This is probably TMI but I started my period this week so I think last weeks weight was high due to that and the "water weight" probably came off finally. Anyway it's only the first week and Christmas baking has not started yet LOL Let's see how the rest of the month goes. Good luck to everyone. Notes: I was fairly good this week. Was fairly disciplined in what I ate, was fairly consistent in logging, and made it to the gym 4x since Monday. Next week is going to be a terribly busy week. Hope to continue making good food choices and workout at least 4x next week.

Well that's kind of disappointing. My weight has been bouncing between 158-161 for the past 3 weeks. I've changed up my workout, I've changed my caloric intake, etc. and I still seem stuck! Hopefully my body will catch up to all the hard work I've done! Aiming for 158 for next Saturday.0 -

This was my first week trying to eat healthier in 3 months.
I know that I was over eating the last 3 months.
So this week I cut my calories down a lot. This helped, but I was still binge eating a little bit.
So for week #2, I have planned out what I am going to eat for breakfast, and lunch. At work I must stay away from donuts, and my weakness cookies. So to combat that I have healthier alternatives such as cheese strings, and lots of organic fruit.
