So sad! (glad to see I am not alone) - I had too many calories this weekend & way too much sodium!!!
I did however meet the exercise challenge - I am walking during my lunch hour when I can now! =0)

Well, I did NOT weigh in this morning. I'll do it in the morning. Tomorrow night is my concert. (I teach 7-12 band & choir at a small rural school.) It's a bit of a stressful time. I am trying to not stress eat. However, since I bumped my calories up to maintenance, it seems like I have a bunch extra, even though it's only 250 more than last month.
I vote that this week's challenge be a sodium challenge. I saw several people mention it in their posts. So this week, aim for 6 days of sodium at or below the RDA. If you're not already tracking it, you can change that by going to "Settings," "Diary Settings" and then change one of your 6 choices to sodium.

Well, I overindulged at Easter, then I overindulged at a couple birthdays....needless to say, I am just happy to see I didn't gain! Though, I am now off track of my 2 lb loss per week that I have been used too! Here's hoping next week will be a great one!!!
Time to get exercising, getting in the extra may just be what I need to get back on track! Thanks for the challenge!0 -

Weighed in a day late because I was nowhere near my scale yesterday. But hey, after a weekend at Stagecoach, I'll take a .5lb loss.0 -

The only thing I have noticed in regard to sodium is when I am (way) over my daily limit my weight is up a few pounds and from what I understand this is due to retaining water when you have too much sodium in your system...0 -
Got weighed yesterday and I'm down from 128.1 to 127.3 YAY!0
