    Hmm, I'd like to cut at least 5% BF (ideally 7-10% though this doesn't have to be in 2015).
    Hit a 200 pound 1RM back squat. (currently at 175-180)
    Hit a 250 1RM deadlift. (currently 205)
    Hit a 135 1RM bench. (currently 115)
    Get my 500 pound GoRuck patch (500 pounds lifted across the big three previously listed, currently at 465).
    Finish a GoRuck Challenge and Light back-to-back.

    For all of 2015... let's see...
    1. Continue to loose 5 lbs a month (at least).
    2. Onderland by June.
    3. Achieve goal weight with a loss of 68 lbs by this time next year.
    4. Train for Spartan Race
    5. Bench more than 70lbs
    6. Build ALL the muscles! lol
    7. Buy clothes off the rack without having to try them on like I use to.
    8. (TMI alert!) - get more vit. "D"...

    Going to a gym and do some weight training... Definitely need to tone up!!! (so anxiety you can go and f*** yourself, you're not getting on my way this year!!!!!!!!!)
