    Run a half marathon at end of January. If it doesn't nearly kill me, I might do a full marathon later in the year.

    2) Weight lifting goals: Bench Press 110 lbs
    Squat 175 lbs
    Dead lift 150lbs
    Overhead press 100 lbs
    Those are about double my current numbers.

    4. Lose 69 pounds to hit my goal
    5. Work my way back up to be able to bench the same as I weight at 165.
