    - Get down to 115 lbs. Got down to 117, but gained 6lbs in the last month :(
    - Run 9 minutes miles or better in the Shamrock 8K
    - Figure out how to maintain weight instead of constantly gaining/losing 5lbs

    get faster in my races. i want to do a half marathon in under two hours, and do an olympic triathlon in under 2:30 hours.

    In 2015 I want to go down to a size 10/12 (I'm an 18/20 right now), I want to get to onederland (255-260 ish right now) and I want to find a TRUE routine that I love.

    By the END of 2015 I want to be able to deep squat 2x my bodyweight....I'm about 40lbs away from that, so it may be a lofty goal, but still something to work towards!

    1. Lose 85 more pounds!
    2. Become a runner.
    3. Run a 5k and a 10k.
    4. Go back to school.

    I've been maintaining my goal weight for over three years, so my goal for 2015 is to not only keep maintaining, but also to get my fitness level back up to where it was before I tripped and sprained my ankle in THAT gopher hole several months ago. That stupid gopher is still out there tearing up the yard. :# It was a slow recovery and I never really got back in the game after that... (*)

    Figure out what maintaining is
    Half-marathon in May 2015
    Continue training in preparation of a full marathon in January 2016
    Do one pull-up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    2015 goals -

    Do the nyc triathlon
    Find a good Zumba class now that I've changed gyms.
    Find at least 3 Aqua Zumba classes to teach
    Pass my personal trainer certification test.

    Powerlifting: a total record of > 1000 lbs
    Running: 10K in less than 60 minutes
    To exercise regularly and eat properly

    I just reached my goal weight one week ago, but I may want to lose a few more pounds. My main goals are fitness related:

    Break a 25-minute 5K (current PR - 26:24)
    Do an unassisted pull-up
    I'd also love to try a mud run
    Build confidence swimming in open water

    Make some real progress re: weight loss and NO MORE YO-YOING.

    My biggest goal for 2015 is to never make poor food choices multiple days in a row.

    If I slip up, okay, but I want to be right doing the best I can do the very next day.
  • Lose the last 10-15lbs
    5K in less than 30 minutes
    Improve my 10K time (69:21)
    Get a proper weight training plan

    -Be able to run (jog) a 5k without stopping
    -Climb the pyramid at Neptune Park (some ridiculously cool jungle gym type thing at a park about an hour away from me… I was about 370 pounds and less than a month into my weight loss when I first saw it and I decided then that someday I was going to be able to climb that thing.)
    -Continue weight loss--I'm not going to put a number on it. I'm am proudly NOT goal-oriented when it comes to losing weight. I choose to be process oriented. If I focus on results, I'll never change. If I focus on change, I'll get results.

    1) To weigh 100lbs
    2) To be able to run a mile in 6 minutes
    3) To see my muscles without flexing
    4) To be able to lift 300lbs
  • Drop 14 kg to get to my ideal weight.

    Start running at least 3 times a week.

    Do 40 sit ups easily

    Be able to do 50 pushups again. (used to be able to do 50 a while ago but I gained weight and it made it harder to do as I have a small frame...)

    I want to do a 100 mile cycling ride - longest so far is 61 miles
    Run 10 miles - longest so far is 6
    Keep progressing on my lifting
