    2015 goals revised (I just found out I missed the triathlon sign up)

    Sign up and do the NYC 5 boro bike tour in May
    Find at least 3 Aqua Zumba classes to teach
    Pass my personal training certification

    My 2015 is not to give up and to lose most of my weight to hit my goal weight or even hit my goal weight.

    Lose 70lbs, lower blood pressure and cholesterol and hopefully reduce or eliminate medications.

    1. Lose the last few lbs to hit 66 lbs lost.
    2. Transition to maintenance.
    3. Bench press 100 lbs.
    4. Deadlift my own weight
    5. Take advanced lindy hop swing dance classes
    6. Learn to do a chin up.

    Need to get strong especially upper body.
    Run a leg of the Death Race if I can solve the problem with my heel.

    To be able to walk around the nude beach (again!) this summer but feel better about my figure! And also be able to do the naked bike ride again and feel super confident about my bod. Woop!

    Major Goals: Run my first 5K in the Forrest City Road Races on April 26
    Drop another 40 of the 80 lbs I have left to lose
    Fit into a size 12 US clothing comfortably - this is key

    Minor Goals: Run the Lace up for MS
    Run the Do it for Dads Prostate Cancer run
    Find and run another 5 or 6 5Ks over the year
    Start training to run a greater distance than 5K for 2016 (ie - 10K)
