    I don't have an exact goal weight, but I've lost 46 pounds in 2014 and I would like to lose another 35-45 pounds in 2015. I will also keep running and exercising regularly, making this a lifestyle change for good!

    Continue to get stronger and see muscle definition by reducing BF% to 17% & lose another 40 pounds. Possibly do a figure competition by end of 2015. :open_mouth:

    To keep maintaining, and not end up in the statistics of people that gain it all back (and more). Year 2 of maintenance.

    Assuming I hit my goal of being 170 at the end of this month, my goal for 2015 would be to lose another 10 and be at 160 Lbs and as for fitness goals...

    Get down to the weight limit for the Navy (160 lbs.) hopefully by the end of March.
    Half marathon in October with my mom.
    Do normal push-ups, again hopefully by March.

    Half Marathon in April to finish in 2 hours or less.
    Do the Broad Street Run.
    Finish the Philadelphia Full Marathon.

    I figure everything else will work itself out naturally (weight loss and all that).

    My goal for 2015 is to reach my goal of 164.9. I have lost 30 pounds so far. I have 20 more to go and I'm so happy about it. Also I want to keep exercising. Once I get to my goal to maintain :)

    Birth a healthy baby with a smooth labor, and minimal weight gain. In the meantime, maintain my fitness and not lose any muscle!!

    To get down to 165 by the end of 2015! I am currently at 202.6. To also do some sort of exercise daily and to take better care of myself overall. Also, to get my blood sugars down so that my husband and I can try for a baby next fall!

    11 more pounds for full-on ONEDERLAND...then 20 more to get down to my "playing weight". That would bring my BMI to "normal"...whatever that means.

    Mine is to get to my ultimate goal weight of 135, so 35 more pounds!

    Finally run that 1/2 marathon (can run the distance already but missed my planned race last year due to injury). Complete a sprint triathlon with continuous freestyle. Tackle some mountains on the road bike. Regularly average 20+ mph on the road bike.
  • Goals for 2015:
    1. Get back to my "single/before babies" weight.
    2. Finally look good in skinny jeans/short skirts/dresses/etc.
    3. Be able to finally run in a marathon.
    4. Climb up stairs without almost dying.
    5. Gain my confidence back.
    6. Go dancing!

    first 40lbs took 18 months, last 15 feels like taking me 18 years, last 15 in'15
