I don't have an exact goal weight, but I've lost 46 pounds in 2014 and I would like to lose another 35-45 pounds in 2015. I will also keep running and exercising regularly, making this a lifestyle change for good!0

Continue to get stronger and see muscle definition by reducing BF% to 17% & lose another 40 pounds. Possibly do a figure competition by end of 2015.0

To keep maintaining, and not end up in the statistics of people that gain it all back (and more). Year 2 of maintenance.0

Assuming I hit my goal of being 170 at the end of this month, my goal for 2015 would be to lose another 10 and be at 160 Lbs and as for fitness goals...

11 more pounds for full-on ONEDERLAND...then 20 more to get down to my "playing weight". That would bring my BMI to "normal"...whatever that means.0

Finally run that 1/2 marathon (can run the distance already but missed my planned race last year due to injury). Complete a sprint triathlon with continuous freestyle. Tackle some mountains on the road bike. Regularly average 20+ mph on the road bike.0

Goals for 2015:
1. Get back to my "single/before babies" weight.
2. Finally look good in skinny jeans/short skirts/dresses/etc.
3. Be able to finally run in a marathon.
4. Climb up stairs without almost dying.
5. Gain my confidence back.
