Adding to goals:
Scheduled weekly personal trainer for Jan & Feb 20150 -
My goals for 2015 are to:
1.) Hit my goal weight- 38 lbs to go!
2.) Build muscle
3.) Feel comfortable taking my shirt off at the beach
4.) Apply to Ph.D programs0 -
To hit my GW and start training for races!0

To graduate in May with my bachelor's degree, and looking good strutting across that stage!0

Reach GW 55kg
Maintain weight!!0 -
Mostly more exercise & to actually start some kind of strength/resistance training.0

1) Onederland by the end of January
2) Have more energy
3) Be down 25lbs by Easter (end of April)
4) Be down 50lbs total by Labour Day (my wedding!!)0 -
I want to see 199 on the scale.0

- One or more pull-ups

- Keep to daily exercise and food targets
- Featured in the Beefcake Edition of the local newspaper

Cut to at least 145. Be ready for the clothing optional Beach and Naked Bike ride. There's nothing that will get in my way and keep me from my goal!0

Spartan Double Trifecta and surviving the VT Beast. I'd love to slay Mt. Killington in under 8 hours...but surviving is the #1 goal.
That's it. Getting those goals will require tons of dedication and consistency in training and nutrition which will get my weight, measurements, lifts, etc. closer to where they should be.0 -
Loose the last 20lbs finally! Train for a half marathon.0

To not waste another entire year by taking months off at a time for this or that reason!0

- Lose at least 50 lbs
- Complete two half marathons, an 8K, and a 10K. Get the half marathon time sub 2 hrs.
- Begin training by Q4 for a full marathon for 2016
- Cut out ALL fast food, even the sort of fast foods
- Go to the gym at least 3 days a week and/or outdoor run 3 days a week
- Start a backyard garden and grow more of my own vegetables
- Don't take having one bad food day as an excuse to eat garbage for a week. Every day is a new day.
- Finish unpacking my house and keep it organized, avoid clutter!
- Read more, watch less TV0 -

One-derland!
Waist/hip ratio under 1.0.0 -
Complete a sprint triathlon...it's been on the bucket list for a couple of years but I have foot issues that flare up when I run a lot...so we'll see...it may just be one of those not meant to be things.
Complete a full century ride...I did a couple 1/2 century rides this past year

Most of all, I want to keep on tracking my eating and not get so stressed or overwhelmed that I give up.
Numbers-wise, 30 pounds would be nice!0
