Struggles this week: I only got in a few workouts.
Successes this week: I've prepped and ate clean at least 80% of the week! Also, cut my calories from 1250 to 1200.

This week I hope to workout 5 days in a row and really watch my food intake!

    Happy Monday!!

Struggles/Successes of the week: I seem to have trouble losing the 2 pounds a week i'm suppose to on the 1200 calorie deficit i'm on, but it may just be because my weight isn't that high to begin with. Oh well, I'm losing at least.

Success: Upped my water intake. That's the only thing that's different, so I'm crediting it with finally nudging me down to 171.
    Struggle: General life stress.

Struggles: Sodium, sodium, sodium. Despite limiting processed foods, my sodium intake is consistently high. Also getting the munchies during times I'd usually snack, even when I don't really feel hungry.
Successes: Lots of home cooked food, exercise nearly every day, upped fruits and veggies. I'm sure most of the first week loss was extra water weight, but I'm happy

Oh man. I completely trashed my week's good work over the weekend. Friday I clocked in at 149.8. This morning, 151.2 all due to my weekend of beer and food. I'm disappointed in myself, but I learned a valuable lesson. Will do better next time!

Struggles or successes of the week: I tracked ever single day last week. I was super good about watching my portions and what I put in my mouth. My only struggle was the football game yesterday (49ers Vs. Seattle). It's so hard to resist beer during football and I caved...but I still tracked it.

I'm trying to reign myself in. I'm super excited to see such a huge drop in my weight, but I'm trying to remind myself that the first 10lbs comes off really quick. After that weigh loss slows down. I'm will not be discouraged when this happens.

Struggles or successes of the week: MFP and FitBit recommended a calorie goal of 1200 for me. I've tried (and succeeded) to stay beneath that, just in case my FitBit is overestimating my calorie burn or I'm underestimating my intake. Unfortunately, I think I need to face the fact that this method isn't working. I was stuck around 195.4 all last week, until bumping up to 196.2 this morning. I know that this could be retained water, waste, etc. but it's still discouraging when I feel like I've so drastically cut my intake for the past two weeks. I think I need to take the advice of my MFP friends and try to actually hit that 1200 goal instead of trying to say 100-200 cals beneath it.

Week of 12/1 - Struggles or successes of the week: This is the first week of this challenge. My goal is to maintain a daily average of over 10,000 steps.
Week of 12/8 - I did 10,000+ steps every day last week. I am so proud of myself!!! I plan on doing the exact same thing this week. Wish me luck!!!
Week of 12/15 - I managed to do 10,000 steps every day last week!! Even when I was in bed for 2 days of last week. I was determined and made myself get out of bed. Again, I am striving for 10,000 steps everyday this upcoming week.

Struggles or successes of the week 12/8: I have been sick with the flu bug since Nov 26, So my work outs have been tough. Coughing through them, but not giving them my full 100%. I am getting a bit better, so hitting the gym tonight. Have not been eating alot due to not feeling well. Lets hope this week will get better

Struggles or successes of the week 12/15: All week I had to study for a very important exam I had on Monday morning the 15th, so I did not work out as much as I wanted to, and Christmas parties started last week. Drinking more alcohol than I usually do in the week.
Successes: I did work out 4 times during the week. Seeing a nutristionist on Wed, can't wait to see the outcome of that!!
