I cycled a lot in the summer and lost weight that way. Totally enjoyed being on my bike for a couple hours at a time. I did it on weekends and weekdays. Now it's the stationary bike and a lot of hiking. I'm hoping hiking will keep me prepared for cycling in the spring.0

Falling behind as my running volume has been picking up and I've been away from my bike for the past week (and 30 minutes on an exercise bike is all I can take), but should catch up in the next week or two now that I'm back home.
