1)lost the last 15 lbs by May 2015 so I am at my physical best for the Spartan Sprint I have signed up for in Montana in May.

I'll be nursing for 10 months out of 2015, so I don't know how that will affect weight loss so I don't have a scale goal for next year. (Some women say they don't see a scale drop until after the wean.) My fitness goal is to get back into my exercise routine after the baby, I'd like to keep up with swimming and go back to strength training.0
