    I did see my ex towards the end of my transformation. I was fully clothed, but it was obvious I was thinner. I think he hates me enough that he doesn't care. He's married again, so I really don't think either of us cares what the other person thinks.

    I have always been so interested in powerlifting...but I can not ever find anyone to train me. It's so frustrating. Did you have a trainer or did you learn by yourself?

    I had a trainer. Look for a powerlifting gym in the area. If you can't find one then at least get a trainer to help you with form. Many people start lifting on their own, but you do want someone who knows what they are doing to help make sure your form is good.
