So I beat my goal weight as of current, but I am hoping to honestly not go over the goal. Sad to say good bye to number 3, *sniff sniff* but I know I need this break. These breaks are part of my goals, so it is all happiness. I am still going to be here and weight in.
I know it is Christmas week, but stay strong. Eat and have fun, just don't go crazy for days on end. 11 days left, we can all at least maintain our weight if not lose some more! Keep on logging and working towards your goals.

Stomach bug actually putting me behind the gun. No working out, all processed carbs, no veggies. Starting to feel better, so back to it. How can someone actually GAIN weight with a stomach bug? Argh. Good to see everyone else doing well though!0

So I weighed myself again later in the day and after my workout, and I weighed in 2 pounds lighter than I did this morning! Crazy, right? But I'm a little less worried now about the apparent "gain," because it must indeed have been some water retention.0

I really need to start focusing. I refuse to use the excuse that "it's the holidays". I only went to the gym twice this week and I can honestly say I've been snacking. I'm losing focus and really need to get back on track.
Heading to Middle-of-Nowhere, Virginia until 12/30 to see my grandparents. No gyms in the area and Grandma's cooking is not really the healthiest. Hoping to get a few runs in and watch portion control...0 -

I started the week very good, resisting chocolate, cookies etc. I had my weight down to 163, but by Friday and Saturday I crashed and burned I ate almost 3800 calories Friday. Saturday I ate to much sweets but managed to keep it in my calorie range.
The good thing out of all this, I no longer want any more chocolate or sweets for today. I will be throwing out the chocolate given from work etc this morning.
This weeks battle plan:
Monday 22nd: stick to breakfast smoothie, hit gym, salad lunch, throughout the day resist eating any chocolate, or sweets.
Tuesday 23rd: stick to breakfast smoothie, hit gym, salad lunch, throughout the day resist eating any chocolate, or sweets.
Wednesday 24th: Off work thank god! So eat at home, and hit gym in the morning if open
Thursday 25th: Will log, but plan to enjoy Christmas!!
Friday 26th: Hit the gym in the morning if open!! Burn of the Christmas meal, if not open go for a long walk!
Saturday 27th! Log in weight in at least 162 lbs!!

284.8 this morning. I'm going to see how many calories I can burn off between now and Wednesday at the gym. Try and get below this time before Christmas dinner at my friends. Though she is part of my support system so I can just see her reminding me not to over due it. I'm glad I'm spending it with her because she will cut me off.
